  18. I get this occasionally, it happens for various reasons...
  19. 1) you are too far from the IRC server... Some servers will only accept
  20. connections from within a certain geographical region, and point blank not
  21. connect you if you live outside that area.
  22. 2) the server is down.. if it ain't working properly it wll refuse you.
  23. 3) the server is full, all the lines in are full, it can't take any more
  24. connections.

  26. The solution in all cases is to attempt to connect to a different server.
  27. I suggest you find one close to you, which is reliable, and is not always
  28. running out of room.  And have two or three back up servers for when that one
  29. don't work.
